- submit a referral — Fill out the form with your details and the details of someone you know who needs digital solutions.
- we reach out — Our team contacts your referral, mentions your name, and explores how we can help them.
- you earn 20% — When the referred client signs and pays for their first eligible one-time project, you receive 20% of that project fee.

## program terms

- Commission rate is 20% of the one-time project fee for the referred client's first project. Recurring, retainer, or monthly subscription fees are not eligible.
- Follow-up one-time projects from the same client within 12 months earn 10% commission. Recurring or subscription fees remain excluded.
- Referral attribution window is 90 days from the initial introduction.
- Commission is paid out as a single one-time payment per project via your preferred payment method, once the client's payment is confirmed.
- Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.
- E-commerce and Horcrux subscriptions are not eligible for this agency referral program.
- dropout studio reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days notice.
- Referrers must not misrepresent dropout studio's services, pricing, or capabilities.
- Either party may terminate the referral relationship with 14 days written notice.

### Which referrals are eligible?

Eligible referrals are for AI & Automation, Custom Software, Prototype → Production and Websites. The referral must become a new client under the program terms; E-commerce, Horcrux, recurring, retainer and monthly subscription fees are excluded.

### How much commission can I earn?

The first eligible one-time project pays 20% of the one-time project fee. An eligible follow-up one-time project from the same client within 12 months pays 10%. Recurring, retainer and subscription fees remain excluded.

### Are E-commerce or Horcrux referrals eligible?

No. E-commerce, Horcrux subscriptions, recurring work, retainers and monthly subscription fees are excluded from this agency referral program.

### When and how is referral commission paid?

Commission is paid as a single payout per eligible project after the client's payment is confirmed. The referral form collects your preferred method: bKash, bank transfer or Wise.

### How long does referral attribution last?

The attribution window is 90 days from the initial introduction. Eligible follow-up one-time projects can earn the 10% rate for up to 12 months from the first project.

### Can I refer myself?

No. Self-referrals are not eligible for commission.

### What other referral rules matter?

Do not misrepresent Dropout Studio's services, pricing or capabilities. The program terms allow commission-rate changes with 30 days' notice and termination by either party with 14 days' written notice.
